Objectives :

• To increase the number of children aged 6-14 enrolled in the education system(150)
• To increase the percentage of children completing the Basic Education, 87% in 2008 up to 89% in 2009
• Non-formal education opportunities to all non school going children and low income families (73)

Improve The Quality Of Basic And Secondary Education

Objectives :

1. To improve the cognitive achievement levels of students 73% of first language and 72% of mathematics in 2008 by 1% in 2009.
2. To communicate learning competencies in grade 8 & 9 , specified by NIE over the system in 2009.
3. To increase the percentage of qualified teachers of 82% in 2008 up to 84% in 2009.
4. To available the text books to all children supplied by Education Publication Department in 2009.
5. To communicate examination guidelines specified by the examination department to all school in 2009
